Age of Conan Soundtrack=Great Game Music
Haaldaar lent me his copy of the Age of Conan MMORPG soundtrack as a potential weekly game atmosphere enhancer. I am very skeptical of soundtracks at the game table, but I kept an open mind and listened.
A pleasant surprise! The 24 instrumental tracks were better than I expected. I would not mind listening to this soundtrack like on a quiet afternoon. It really is of above average quality. The songs have a heavy, dark feel to them and could really add something to your next violent slog in a sewer. Fitting music for ancient Hyboria or my “Keep on the Shadowfell” game.
Sadly, I do not see it for sale by itself on Amazon. It only comes with the “Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures Collector’s Edition .”
